We do not finalize card payments until an order is completed and ready for shipping/pickup at our store.
Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been picked up at our retail store or shipped. All cancellation requests must be made by email to adenikki@schoolzonegrenada.com. We will not accept cancellation requests via any other method. If you receive any technical issues while attempting to send a cancellation request, call (473) 440-0289 or (473) 414-4615, and we will advise you further.
If an order has been shipped and you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the return freight charges. A 10% restocking fee will also apply if the order is more than XCD$500.00.
Please note that our Exchange Policy and Refund/Return Policy applies to all orders, whether their initial delivery has been accepted or not.
