Delivery/Pickup Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. We will notify you via email if an item is not in stock when you place your order. Your card will not be charged unless your order is completed and ready for shipping/pickup.

Orders made by residents of Grenada will be kept for pickup at our retail store at Market Hill, St. George's. When picking up, you will need to walk with your receipt/proof of purchase of your order.

Residents of Carriacou and other countries can request a quote or email sales@schoolzonegrenada.com for orders to be shipped. We will then provide you with the shipping and handling charges to ship your order. Shipping will be done via the Osprey (Carriacou) and via DHL or FedEx (other countries). All shipping and handling charges are to be paid in full by the customer before the order is shipped.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, all orders will be shipped/made available for pickup within two business days from the order date. Orders received after 5 pm on a business day will be considered as being placed on the following business day. Business days are Mondays to Fridays and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
