We have a No Refund Policy once your order has already been processed and shipped/collected from our store. However, you may return an order within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date for a store credit (with no expiry date) or an exchange.
In-Store Pickup Orders
For your exchange to be approved and accepted, the returned goods must follow the criteria outlined in our Exchange Policy.
Shipped Orders
As the postal system is highly unreliable, we will only accept returns via FedEx or DHL. All returns must follow the criteria outlined in our Exchange Policy and must first be authorized by us to be eligible. To have your return authorized, contact adenikki@schoolzonegrenada.com.
If your item is returned damaged, we will not be able to process a return. If you want the item back, you will be responsible for the shipping back to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will also apply if the order is more than XCD$500.00.
If the Shipping, Handling, and Restocking (if applicable) charges for returning your order have not been paid in advance by you, on its return to us, we will deduct those charges from your store credit or the value of exchanged items.
As is customary with all shipped orders, the cost of shipping and handling to send a new order with the exchanged items will be borne by the customer and deducted from the value of the items shipped.
